Thatās why weāve introduced adaptive home screen designs for Vibe Board, ensuring it blends effortlessly into any environmentāwhether itās an open workspace, private office, or meeting room. Enjoy a tailored experience that perfectly fits your unique space and needs.
š” Note: You can change your space setting by following these steps: Settings > Space and Session > Device Space.
For private offices/ teamās workspace:
Log into your work account for instant access to schedules and files. Tailor your experience to fit your needs.
For meeting rooms:
Easily view the room's schedule and connect to your preferred meeting platforms, including Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet.
And we now support resource linking in both Google and Microsoft Teams. Simply ask your Google or Microsoft admin to set up your Vibe Board as a shared resource for easy scheduling.
For public areas:
Everyone can now instantly engage with the Vibe Board without signing in, enabling a quick and easy start.
Manage windows on extended display directly from your Vibe Board
When an extended display is connected via HDMI and mirror mode is off, you can now manage windows directly from your Vibe Board using the extend option. Enjoy a smoother, more integrated multitasking experience.
Vibe Room is now Vibe Screen
Weāve officially renamed Vibe Room to Vibe Screen and upgraded it with new features, offering you even more customization for your homepage. Explore the new possibilities now!
Customize your screen with your favorite apps and widgets
Vibe Screen now support customizing your screen with all installed apps and widgets. You can organize your screen into up to four sections, each tailored to display dynamic content that meets your specific needs. Start with familiar apps like PowerBI, and add other apps or widgets, such as a webpage. Arrange them together in your preferred layout.
New templates to elevate your space
Explore our new series of templates, perfect for enhancing your workspace or classroom. Keep your Vibe Board's home screen vibrant and useful, even when idle.
