Release plan
This is our first gray (staged) release. The rollout will start with 20% of users this week and expand to 100% next week after verifying stability.
🚀 New Features:
New Spaces and Setup Flow with Remote Support - The Out-Of-Box Experience (OOBE) has been redesigned with more space options and tailored setup flows for both individual and shared use. IT admins can now complete the initial setup remotely via the web, making deployment faster and more efficient.
Enhanced Video Conferencing Setup and Settings -
The VC setup UI has been updated.
IT can now configure resource calendars remotely in Vibe One Admin.
Vibe IDP integration is now available for early access — contact Support for trial access. (not a formal release)
Programmable Stylus and Smart Menu ( this feature was previously hidden behind a flag. In this version, we’ve decided to make it publicly available )
The new programmable stylus allows you to assign custom actions to each button — keep default shortcuts like page up/down, or configure commands such as play/pause video or return to home screen.
A new Smart Menu is also introduced — double-click the primary button to access quick tools like screenshot and screen recording within any app.
📈 Enhancement:
Upgraded to Chrome 136 - The board OS has been updated to Chrome 136, enabling compatibility with the latest apps and improved system performance.
🛠️ Bug Fix:
Fixed issue where excessive meeting count caused resource calendar setup failure.
