Shipping is free within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
How long does shipping take?
Depending on where you are located and which product you are buying, shipping can take anywhere from 3-14 business days. (Our warehouses are located in Southern California and Delaware)
We do our best to ship as soon as possible, but sometimes unforeseen weather or holidays can have an impact on shipping times.
How will I know when my order will arrive?
Once your order is processed and picked up from the warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Multiple boards or the Vibe Board Pro 75″ deliver by truck. The carrier will call you to arrange a delivery window that works with your schedule.
What about Hawaii or Alaska?
Please contact sales@vibe.us or use our Quote Request form if you are in Hawaii or Alaska so we can provide the best available pricing options for shipping.
Hawaii shipping costs are approximately $500 per board/ stand, and shipping time is approximately 5-10 business days.
Alaska shipping costs depend on the city (shipping to Anchorage is approximately $330 per board).
