Easy remote management & signage setup
'Broadcast' enables admin to remotely change home screens of devices in the workspace. Members cannot replace the home screen in the occasion.
Tapping 'Broadcast to boards' button will trigger a step-by-step process, and it’s quick. Admin can choose from applying the home screen only in guest sessions or for both guest and private sessions.
This feature is good for changing multiple boards all into meeting room template to help accelerate meeting room devices setup(and no one could change that). Or broadcasting a welcome message or photo slideshow is also good practices.
Brand Kit is available in Vibe Screen
Business plan subscribers can now access to Brand Kit. Brand Kit is set up via Vibe One, where admin could add frequently-used logos, brand palette and font family. In Vibe Screen, logos and color palette is available to use.
📈 Enhancements:
Brand-new classic home screens
All home screen settings, including 'Customize home screen', are moved into Vibe Screen app. Tapping the setting item in System Settings will lead you to the app
Other adjustments to support "Design for Public Space" setups
