Power on your Vibe Bot
Plug in the power cable to power on Vibe Bot.
Connect to Wi-Fi
On the home screen, select Wi-Fi.
Choose your network and enter the password.
Sign in with your meeting account
You can sign in with Google or Outlook to sync your calendar.
Select Sign in with Google or Sign in with Microsoft.
Follow the on-screen instructions to authenticate.
Connect your video meeting platform
Vibe Bot supports Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams.
Sign in using your existing account.
Grant permissions when prompted.
Connect to a monitor
Plug in your monitor or TV using HDMI.
Join your first meeting
To join a scheduled meeting:
Open Calendar on Vibe Bot.
Select your event.
To join manually:
Tap Join
Enter the meeting link or meeting ID.
Tap Join now.
💡 Note: Important: How Vibe Bot joins your meeting
Vibe Bot requires host approval to join any meeting—this prevents unwanted or unauthorized entry.
The meeting host must start the meeting on their computer and approve Vibe Bot’s entry (Zoom waiting room / Google Meet “Admit” / Teams lobby).
Get AI Notes after the meeting
Once the meeting ends, Vibe Bot automatically:
Saves the AI transcription
Generates an AI meeting summary
You will receive:
A QR code on screen to view the summary immediately
