Vibe Bot currently supports Microsoft Teams and Google Meet.
Zoom support is coming soon.
Sync your calendar with Vibe Bot
During the initial setup, your calendar is already connected.
If you skipped this step, you can connect it later by going to: Settings → Calendar
Join a Scheduled Meeting
You can join meetings scheduled in Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook Calendar directly from your Vibe Bot.
When a meeting is about to start (within 30 minutes):
A meeting notification will appear on Vibe Bot.
Tap Tap to Join to enter the meeting.
If no meeting notification appears:
Press the top control button.
Tap Calendar.
Select your meeting from the list.
Join an Unscheduled Meeting
To join a meeting that is not on your calendar, you will need the meeting code.
Press the top control button.
Tap Calendar.
Select Join with code.
Enter the meeting code, and the passcode if required.
💡 Note: Important: How Vibe Bot joins your meeting
Vibe Bot requires host approval to join any meeting—this prevents unwanted or unauthorized entry.
The meeting host must start the meeting on their computer and approve Vibe Bot’s entry (Zoom waiting room / Google Meet “Admit” / Teams lobby).
