Prerequisite
A Vibe Board (S1 or Pro)
A Vibe Bot
Power connected to both devices
A USB Type-C cable long enough for your room setup
Please remember to remove the Vibe camera from the top of your board, if you have one, to avoid any interference
đĄ Note: Vibe Bot can operate on battery power, but battery life is limited. For the best meeting experience, we recommend keeping Vibe Bot connected to power whenever possible.
Step 1: Connect Vibe Bot to Vibe Board
Connect the cable
Connect one end of the USB Type-C cable to the Computer port on Vibe Bot.
Connect the other end to your Vibe Board:
For Vibe S1
Use USB-C Port 1 or Port 2.
For Vibe Pro
Use USB-C Port 3 or Port 4.
Verify the connection
Once connected successfully, a âCamera Connectedâ notification will appear on the Vibe Board.
This indicates that the Vibe Board has detected Vibe Bot and is ready to use it as the camera, microphone, and speaker for meetings.
Step 2: Configure Your Account
Set up video conferencing
To join meetings directly from the Vibe Board, configure your video conferencing services on the Vibe Board first. For detailed instructions, see LINK.
If you only plan to use Vibe Bot as a camera, microphone, and speaker, no additional setup is required.

To use Vibe Botâs AI features, including Capture and Ask AI, assign an AI seat to the Bot.
