Set up your Vibe Bot for the first time

This article applies to the Vibe Bot.

Power on your Vibe Bot

  • Plug in the power cable to power on Vibe Bot.

Set up with Vibe One App (Recommended)

  1. Use the Vibe One App to scan the QR code shown on the screen. If you haven’t installed the app yet, scan the code to download it and follow the prompts.

  2. Follow the in-app instructions to pair with the device and complete the initial setup.

  3. After finishing setup, you will be guided to activate the Vibe AI for Bot subscription.

Set up directly on the device

  1. If you prefer not to use mobile setup, select Other options → Set up directly on Bot.

  2. Connect to Wi-Fi.

  3. Sign in to register this Vibe Bot to your Vibe Workspace. You can use the Vibe One App to scan the QR code, or sign in with your email. Select your workspace and name this Vibe Bot.

  4. Select whether to set up your Bot as a shared device or a personal device.

    • If you select Shared device, you will be guided to set up a public meeting configuration. Anyone using this Bot can access the calendar without signing in.

    • If you select Personal device, you will be guided to set up a private profile.

    This choice only affects the initial setup and does not impact daily use.

  5. Set up a calendar. Outlook Calendar and Google Calendar are supported.

  6. After finishing the meeting settings, you will be guided to activate the Vibe AI for Bot subscription.

Set up with Vibe Admin

  1. Select Other options → Set up via Vibe Admin.

  2. Connect to Wi-Fi.

  3. Follow the instructions and enter the setup code.

  4. Wait for the admin to finish the setup process.

Connect to a display (Optional)

  • Plug in your monitor or TV using HDMI for better content display.

  • Note: To join a video conference, a display connection is currently required. Standalone usage without a display will be supported soon. (ETA: End of March 2026)
