💡 Note:
When the meeting ends, Vibe Bot automatically saves the transcription and generates an AI meeting summary.
If a Vibe Account is signed in: The AI notes are automatically saved to your account.
If no account is signed in: Vibe Bot will display a QR code on the screen so you can request access to the AI notes.
You can view and manage all your AI notes in Vibe AI.
Instructions:
After scanning the QR code with your mobile device, you will be taken to a webpage where you can enter your email address to receive a link to the meeting summary.
Log in to your email from your PC, open the meeting summary email, and click See full summary.
You will be redirected to the Vibe AI page to review your AI-generated meeting summary.
From this page, you can also Share the AI notes with others, choosing from different access levels.
