Launching Vibe Canvas
From the Home screen or the Apps page, tap Vibe Canvas.
The Canvas Home Screen will appear.
Recent Canvases will be displayed along with new Canvas creation buttons.
Tap Whiteboard to open an infinite Canvas file.
💡 Guest users can still use Canvas, but content may not be saved unless signed in.
Canvas Toolbar Overview
The Canvas toolbar is located along the edge of the screen and provides access to all drawing and editing tools.
Redesigned Toolbar & New Brushes
A more user-friendly toolbar that can be repositioned to the left, right, or bottom.
New brush types, including chalk and pencil, give you more creative flexibility.
Adding Pages
Tap the arrow to add a page.
Select the Page list to review all pages.
This is helpful for multi-step lessons, agendas, or brainstorming sessions.
Importing Content
You can import content into Canvas to annotate and collaborate on:
Images
PDFs
Files from cloud storage (depending on installed apps)
Once imported, images can be resized, repositioned, and annotated. PDF documents load as a background image and are applied as the wallpaper.
Collaboration & Sharing
Invite Others
Share a Canvas session using a link or QR code.
Remote users can collaborate in real time from a browser.
Casting & Screen Sharing
Cast Canvas to another Vibe Board in the workspace.
Use Canvas while presenting in Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet.
Naming, Backgrounds, Settings Menu, Exporting
Signed-in users Canvas sessions are saved to their Vibe account.
Export canvases as PDFs
