Prerequisite
Follow this article to create a workspace.
Access Vibe Admin
On the Vibe One page, click on your avatar and select Vibe Admin.
Alternatively, you can directly visit https://admin.vibe.us/admin/home.
Home
Here, you will gain a concise overview of your workspace, including current devices and members.
Vibe AI Usage
On this page, you will have a brief understanding of your domain's Vibe AI usage and the history of each activity, organized by device or user.
Devices
Vibe Boards/Vibe Bots
You can have an overview of all your workspace devices, including Vibe Boards and Vibe Bots.
On the device detail page, you can rename devices, assign policies, set up the calendar, enroll devices, and more.
Policies
You can view an overview of all your policies and click on any policy to view or edit it.
You can also create a new policy based on your requirements.
Members
On the Members page, you can see all your teammates in your workspace. You can also invite new members, assign different roles to different members, and manage all members.
Subscriptions
This subscription overview page shows your Vibe AI and Vibe Plus plans and their corresponding billing status.
Workspace Settings
This section allows you to view the basic workspace status and configure your workspace profile.
