Q: What’s included in the Vibe Plus Plan?
A: Vibe Plus gives you access to three Vibe Apps—Canvas, Rooms, and One—with Free, Pro, Business, and Enterprise tiers.

  • The Free Plan includes all essential features for basic usage.

  • Pro, Business, and Enterprise Plans unlock advanced functionality and enhanced support.

Device Compatibility

Q: Which boards are compatible with Vibe Plus?
A: Vibe Plus is supported on all S1 and Pro series boards that are enrolled in your workspace.

Q: Can I use the board without a subscription?
A: Yes! The Free Plan is included by default and provides unlimited access to core features—no subscription required.

Q: Can I subscribe to just one app (Canvas, Rooms, or One)?
A: Not at this time. Vibe Plus is offered as a bundled package across all three apps.

Q: How do I get started with Vibe Plus?
A: After completing your Vibe Board setup, you’ll automatically be enrolled in the Free Plan. To upgrade, visit our pricing page to explore Pro, Business, or Enterprise options.

Q: Are there limits to how many members can join my workspace?
A:

  • Free Plan: Unlimited members

  • Pro Plan: Up to 10 members

  • Business Plan: Up to 100 members

  • Enterprise Plan: 100+ members
    To add more members, you'll need to upgrade to the appropriate plan tier.

Q: I don’t see the “Add to Workspace” option—what should I do?
A: Make sure your Vibe Board is running version 1.7.0 or later. If it's updated, you can add it through the device’s settings menu.

Pricing & Payment

Q: What are the pricing tiers for Vibe Plus?
A:

  • Free Plan – $0/month (core features)

  • Pro Plan – $49/device/month, or $39/month with annual billing

  • Business Plan – $149/device/month, or $119/month with annual billing

  • Enterprise Plan – Custom pricing; contact us for a quote

Q: Is there a free trial?
A: Yes, new users receive a 1-month free trial to explore all premium features.

Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB.

Q: Where can I find my invoices?
A: Admins can view invoices in Vibe One Admin → Billing → Invoices. Click "View invoice" to download or review billing details.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: Go to Vibe One Admin → Billing, and switch to the Free Plan. Your paid plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Data & Security

Q: What happens to my policies if they become a paid feature?
A: Any existing policies you’ve created will remain intact. You’ll only need a paid plan to create new policies.

Q: What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?
A: Your workspace will revert to the Free Plan. Your data and projects will remain accessible, though certain paid features will be disabled.
For example, if you exceed Free Plan storage limits, editing may be restricted—but you can still view and export your content.

Q: Is my data secure?
A: Absolutely. Vibe uses industry-standard encryption and privacy protections to keep your data safe.
