How to resolve "You are not a workspace admin" after a failed Vibe Plus upgrade

πŸ’‘ Note: You may encounter the "You are not a workspace admin" error in the following two scenarios when attempting to upgrade the Vibe Plus plan:

  • Not signing in to the board.

  • Signing in to the board with a non-administrative account.

Instructions:

  • If you are the workspace admin, simply sign in to the board and retry the upgrade process. It will lead you to the Vibe One Admin Billing page.

  • If you are not the workspace admin, reach out to your admin to upgrade Vibe Plus directly from the Vibe One Admin.
