Click the "^" button to open control panel, click Screen capture. This will launch the screen capture mode.
Start a full-screen recording.
After the recording starts, unplug and then reconnect the camera. Wait for the camera connection window to pop up and disapear by itself.
Click the "^" button in the bottom right corner of the screen to open the control panel.
Check if the Vibe SmartCam button is present.
If the button is there, click it to access the camera settings page.
If the camera settings show a black page, click the "^" button repeatedly (approximately 10 times) to open and close the control panel.
On the final attempt of opening the control panel, check again for the Vibe SmartCam button.
If the button is present, click it to enter the camera settings page to see If the camera settings still show a black page
Close all open windows related to the camera settings.
Open the Camera app from the app list page and check if the camera is functioning properly.
Click the camera icon located in the right corner of the shelf to get into the camera settings.
If the camera settings show a black page, click the "^" button repeatedly (approximately 10 times) to open and close the control panel.
Once again, on the last attempt of opening the control panel, click the camera icon in the shelf to see if the camera settings is black.
