Instructions:

To begin, launch your meeting using Zoom, MS Teams, or Google Meet.

Please share your entire screen, rather than a specific window. This ensures everyone sees your transitions smoothly.

Once your screen is shared, use the top manual bar to switch to Canvas app.

Now your audience will see the Canvas page, and you can use its drawing tools to annotate and share your content directly.

And if you want to switch back to your meeting page, just use the top manual bar to switch to the Window.
