This article applies to the Vibe Board S1 Pro 55"/75".
Prerequisite
Logitech Tap Meeting Room Touch Controller - required
USB-C hub (with multiple USB-A ports) - required
(A USB-C hub is recommended as the best option)External USB keyboard and mouse - required
USB flash drive - required
Install the Windows Teams Rooms image
Prepare the Windows USB drive
Download the image from here.
Create a bootable flash drive:
Boot from USB Drive
Connect the system USB drive, keyboard, and mouse using the USB-C hub via either USB-C Port 1 or Port 2 on the Vibe board. (These two ports are primarily used for connecting to the Windows system.)
Enter BIOS
Navigate to the "Save & Exit" tab, select your USB device, and press Enter to boot.
The flashing process will start automatically and continue until you see the Windows OOBE (Out-Of-Box Experience).
Complete Windows OOBE
Configure Logitech Tap Meeting Controller
Connect the Logitech Tap
Plug in the power cable to the Logitech Tap.
Use the USB-C hub to connect the Logitech Tap to the Vibe board via either USB-C port 1 or 2.
(No need to connect the HDMI cable from Logitech Tap to the Vibe board.)
Verify Display Setup
After you complete the Windows OOBE process, switch to the Windows Administrator account using the password "sfb".
Once the Logitech Tap lights up, it should appear as an extended screen of the Vibe board.
Go to Settings → System → Display. Select Logitech Tap as the main screen and set the Vibe board as the extended screen.
Configure Touch Input
Configure Teams Rooms
Switch user to "Skype".
Open the "Start" menu and search "Teams Rooms", then open it.
Follow the process to log in and authenticate with your Teams Rooms account.
After successfully signing in, you will see the screen below on the Logitech Tap.
