This article applies to the Vibe Board S1 55″.
The touch panel testing allows you to verify if the touchscreen on your Vibe Board S1 55″ is fully functional.
Instructions:
On your Windows PC, download the touch panel testing software and unzip the file.
Connect the "4. TOUCH" port on the S1 to your PC using a USB-C to USB-C cable. Also connect the "5. HDMI-IN" port to the PC using an HDMI cable.
Since the touch function may not be working yet, connect a mouse to the USB-C port on the S1 (you may need a USB-A to USB-C adaptor). Then switch the input to the HDMI channel.
Double-click to open the "IRTouchTestApp" on your PC.
Check if it shows "PASS" or "FAIL". If it fails, there may be an issue with the touch panel that requires service.
