How to fix screen freezing issue for Picture-in-Picture mode during screen recording

Enable a Chrome flag to fix screen freezing in PiP mode when screen recording.

This article applies to the Vibe Board S1 55"/S1 75"/Pro 75".

If you enable the Picture-in-Picture (PiP) mode, you may experience screen freezing when taking a screen recording.

Follow these steps to fix this issue:

  1. Open the Chromium app.

  2. Enter "chrome://flags" in the address bar.

  3. Search for "Capture" and change the status to "Enabled" for "Enable Zero-Copy Video Capture".

  4. Restart your device and retry.
