This article applies to the Vibe Board S1 55"/S1 75"/Pro 75".
Prerequisite:
If you are not currently signed in: Access your account and tap "Forgot PIN?"
If you are already signed in: Tap "Forget PIN" in the top right corner.
Instructions:
Tap "Send a sign-in email now." You will receive a confirmation email.
Follow the instructions in the email sent to your mail box to approve the PIN reset.
If you're using the Vibe One mobile app to log in the board and need to reset your password, you can do so by scanning the QR code that appears on the screen. Simply open your app, and scan the provided QR code to initiate the password reset process.
Tap "Confirm" in your Vibe board to reset your PIN code after approving via email.
You will then be able to set a new PIN code to access your Vibe whiteboard.
