Open Settings on your Vibe board and navigate to About Vibe OS.

Confirm your VibeOS version is 2.1.4 or higher.

Insert your Vibe Tap into the USB-C port on your Vibe board. A popup will confirm Vibe Tap is paired.

Click the Tap icon on the shelf to and open Vibe Tap settings. 

If "AutomaticAutomatic update" is enabled, the firmware will be installed before pairing; if user skips or needs manual update, they can do so after Tap is paired through the entrance on screenshot.

After installation, Vibe Tap will reboot automatically and the paired notification will appear again.

Click the Tap icon and confirm the firmware version is now V1.7.7.
