Prerequisite
Network Requirements:
For 1-on-1 video calls: 1.2Mbps (up/down)
For group video calls: 2.6Mbps / 1.8Mbps (up/down)
Zoom Account:
You will need a Zoom Pro/Business/Enterprise Plan account with licensed status.
Alternatively, a personal account with Pro or higher subscription.
Zoom Web Portal Configuration
π‘ Note: The meeting host must use a relevant Zoom Pro account.
Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
In the navigation menu, click "Settings" and go to the "Meeting" tab.
Under "In Meeting (Advanced)", enable "Meeting-HD Video Quality".
If a verification dialog appears, click "Enable" or "Disable" to confirm the change. Note: If the option is grayed out, it might be locked at the group or account level. Contact your Zoom admin for assistance.
If available for your account, choose either "Standard HD (720p)" or "Full HD (1080p)", then click "Save".
Zoom App Configuration
π‘ Note: The steps below should be followed by both the host and attendees in Zoom Windows/Mac.
Enable the "HD" in the option found in "Settings" -> "Video".
Disable the "Optimize quality of the video I receive with super resolution" option found in "Settings" -> "Video" -> "Advanced".
Use "Full-screen" mode in the meeting window.
Use the "Speaker" view in the meeting window. When there are multiple attendees, only the pinned speaker will have HD resolution.
In a webinar, go to "More" under the participant's tab to force active "Speaker" mode for attendees).

π‘ Note: If you have completed both the Zoom Web Portal and Zoom App configuration but still cannot achieve HD resolution in your Zoom meeting, please follow the instructions below to contact Zoom support.
Visit the Zoom support center and click the "Submit a request" button to create a ticket regarding this issue.
Clearly describe the problem and request Zoom support to enable the HD Video feature for your account.
