This article applies to the Vibe Board S1 55"/S1 75"/Pro 75".
Download and Installation
Go to Vibe's default App Store and download Zoom.
Once installed, you'll see Zoom on your home screen.
Start a Meeting Session
If you're joining a meeting room directly from your Vibe Board:
Open Zoom and click the Join Meeting button.
Enter the meeting ID to join the meeting room.
If you want to log into Zoom first:
Open Zoom and click Sign In. You'll see the below sign-in page:
After successfully signing in, you'll see Zoom's home page.
Here, you can Start a meeting, Join a meeting, or Schedule a meeting from your Vibe Board!
Sync Your Calendar to Zoom
Click Add a calendar on Zoom's home page.
You'll be linked to the following page. Let's use Google Calendar as an example. Select Google as a service.
Click Next after setting the permissions.
Sign into your Google account. Follow the pop-up instructions to grant Zoom access to your account.
Once your Google account is set up, you'll be redirected to Zoom's profile configuration page. Scroll down to the bottom to confirm your calendar has been synced with Zoom.
Now, close this web page and restart the Zoom app on your board. After restarting, you'll be able to see your scheduled meeting information as below:
💡 Note: Currently, Zoom Calendar only supports Zoom meetings.Otherwise, you'll see the warning message "This is not a Zoom meeting"and not be able to join the session from the Zoom app.
