Updated over a week ago

This article applies to the Vibe Board S1 55"/S1 75"/Pro 75".

💡 Note: If you want to set up Outlook Calendar/Microsoft Teams, please follow this link.

  1. On the home screen, click the "Setup" button in the "One-Click Video Conferencing" area.

  2. This will take you to the configuration page. Select "Google Calendar" and click "Next".

  3. Here, you can choose how your Vibe Board will be used. You can select:

    • Personal, Dedicated User
For a personal Vibe Board, the user can authorize this Vibe to retrieve and display all of their meetings on the Start screen.

    • Team, Shared Resource

A Google Workspace admin may set up this device so it can be used by any team member to schedule meetings. (This option is appropriate if this Vibe will be used in a shared conference room.)

  4. Let's select "Personal, Dedicated User" for this demo. After you click the "Next" button, you'll need to log into your Google account.

  5. After successfully logging in, select "Allow" to confirm the relevant permissions.

  6. Then, you'll be asked to select the right account:

    • Google Meet

      • Select "Google Meet", and click "Next"

      • Since you've already configured your Google account, you'll see the below window:

    • Zoom

      • Select "Zoom", and click "Next"

      • Click "Sign in on Zoom"

      • You'll be redirected to the Zoom "Sign In" page. Here, you can log in to your Zoom account.

      • After successfully signing in and seeing the Zoom home page, you can close the Zoom app.

  7. Now, you should see your scheduled sessions on your home screen. Simply click on a session to jump into the meeting room.

  8. For confirmation, you can go to "Settings" to verify the "One-Click Video Conferencing" status, as seen below:
