How to play unsupported video/audio files
Updated over a week ago

This article applies to the Vibe Board S1 55"/S1 75"/Pro 75".

Due to the limitations of the operating system core, only certain formats are supported. If you encounter the following message while attempting to play a video or audio file directly from the board memory or an attached thumb drive, please follow the instructions below:

Option 1:

Move the file to a cloud folder such as Dropbox, OneDrive, or Google Drive and play the file from there.

Option 2:

Install the VLC app from Google Play.

Instructions:

  1. Open the App Store from the home screen.

  2. Select "Discover apps" from the bottom of the sidebar.

  3. Click the "Open" button underneath "Google Play Store" and sign in your Google account.

  4. Please search for the "VLC" app and proceed with downloading it.

  5. Then you will be able to play the video or audio file!
