Given the current inner core of the operating system, our support is limited to video formats such as .mp4 and .mov. Should you attempt to play video formats other than these, an error message will appear:
Instructions:
Open the App Store from the home screen.
Select "Discover apps" from the bottom of the sidebar.
Click the "Open" button underneath "Google Play Store" and sign in your Google account.
Please search for the "VLC" app and proceed with downloading it.
Then you will be able to play the video!
