[Full Seat] AI Customization

Custom vocabulary

  • This feature allows each member to add, edit, and delete personal custom vocabulary entries. This capability is essential for boosting transcription accuracy for proper nouns, domain-specific jargon, and abbreviations.

Enhance AI answers with context

  • This feature allows members to provide the AI with additional details—such as notes, documents, or existing references—by uploading files. Providing more context leads to smarter, more accurate, and personalized answers within the Vibe AI experience.

Settings

Vibe AI Usage

  • Vibe AI members can monitor the remaining minutes shared across the workspace (including top-up minutes).

    • The displayed balance is the sum of all minutes granted by every Vibe Bot enrolled in the workspace.

    • The total balance is the combined sum of Monthly Renewal Minutes and purchased Top-Up Minutes.

    • Both Full Seat and Lite Seat members can view the same available minute balance.

    • A "running-low" reminder is automatically triggered when total remaining minutes fall below 25% of the monthly allocation.

  • If Transcription/ AI Talking minutes are running out, please contact your administrator for top-up plan via Vibe Admin.

Meetings

  • Within the Vibe AI architecture, advanced functions available are defined by the user's subscription plan, and settings locations belong to personal preference.

    • Transcript Language: Sets the default language for transcribing conversations. English is as default.

    • Default sharing settings: Defines the recipients for summary and transcript emails. Everyone on the invite is as default.

Templates

  • For meetings recorded with devices like Vibe Bot and Vibe AI generates smart summaries, meeting conclusions, and action items. This content eliminates the need for extensive time spent on manual note-taking and allows users to generate follow-up emails, tasks, and reports as needed.

    • Internal Meetings: If the meeting host and all participants are workspace members, the system applies the Internal Template configured in the settings.

    • External Meetings: If one or more external users (non-workspace member) join the meeting, the system applies the External Template specified for guest-facing sessions.
