What's happening
At the mid of July, Vibe AI is moving to a new pricing model (Starter, Pro, and Max) and we're retiring the legacy Vibe AI plans. We'll migrate your subscription automatically to the matching new plan.

Will I be charged more or receive a refund?
If your current plan costs more than the new Vibe AI Max plan, the difference is added to your account balance as credit:
Vibe AI Full seat ($228 / seat / yr) → no additional charge; your upgrade to Max is free
Vibe AI for Bot via Vibe Admin ($399 / seat / yr) → $51 added to your account balance as credit
Vibe AI for Bot via redeem code ($379 / seat / yr) → $31 added to your account balance as credit
If your migrated plan includes 2 Vibe AI Max Full seats, this applies to your current billing cycle only. Upon renewal, both seats will be charged at the standard rate ($348 / seat / yr each).

I have a redeem code that I haven't used yet. What should I do?
Your subscription will still be migrated automatically. Please redeem your code before the mid of July. If you're unable to do so in time, contact us for a refund.
I'm currently on a free trial. What happens to my trial?
If you're currently on a free trial, it simply continues on Vibe AI Max as a fresh 30-day trial. If you've already redeemed a code, your Vibe AI Max Full seat will activate automatically once the trial ends.
I redeemed a code and also purchased an additional plan via Vibe Admin. What happens?
Your account needs to be handled manually by our team. If you have only one Vibe Bot, one of the plans will be cancelled and refunded. Please contact us so we can assist you directly.
