What is an activation code?
A Vibe AI activation code is a 15-digit code included with the purchase of a Vibe Bot or Vibe Dot on the Vibe website. The code is sent to the email address used at checkout after your device ships.
Offered in Pro or Max plan
New subscribers receive 1 bonus month; renews annually after the first 13 months. Existing subscribers receive 12 months.
Must be redeemed by a workspace owner or admin
How to redeem
Redeeming for yourself
Device | Where to redeem |
Vibe Bot | Turn on the device to initial setup — enter the code when prompted |
Vibe Dot | Pair the device with the Vibe AI App, and then enter the code when prompt. You can also go to Settings > Redeem code |
Redeeming by administrators
If you are the admin managing devices for your team, go to Vibe Admin > Billing > Redeem Code to assign the seat to a device or a member in your workspace.
💡 Note: Only workspace owners and admins can redeem activation codes. If you are not the owner or admin, forward the code email to them.
FAQ
I can't find the Redeem Code option in the Vibe AI app.
If your workspace is already on a Pro or Max plan, the Redeem Code option is not available in the Vibe AI app. Go to Vibe Admin > Billing > Redeem Code to proceed.
What is balance, and how can I use it?
When an activation code is redeemed, its value is first converted to balance. This balance is then applied automatically toward any future charges in Vibe Admin — including subscription renewals, additional seat purchases, or top-ups — before any other payment method is charged.
I redeemed a second code while my workspace already has an active subscription.
The code is applied as balance, and the additional assigned member or device is updated to a Full Seat aligned with your current subscription cycle. Any remaining balance is retained in the workspace for future billing.
My activation code plan doesn't match my current workspace plan (e.g., code is Pro but workspace is on Max).
This can only be redeemed through Vibe Admin > Billing > Redeem Code. Vibe Admin will notify you of the plan mismatch before proceeding. Once you confirm, the system processes the difference based on your current subscription cycle — either crediting the surplus to your balance or charging the shortfall to your payment method on file.
If you choose not to proceed, the code remains unused.
