How to capture a network log for Vibe Board

This article applies to the Vibe Board S1 55"/S1 75"/Pro 75".

Instructions:

  1. Open the Browser app and go to chrome://net-export. Tap "Start logging to disk", make sure to select the third option "Include raw bytes" before starting. Save the log file to the Downloads folder.

  2. Go back to the home screen and try setting up One-Click video conferencing again to reproduce the error.

  3. Once the issue is reproduced, go back to the Browser app, stop the log. Retrieve the log file from the Downloads folder and send us that JSON file (chrome-net-export-log.json).
