This article applies to the Vibe Board S1 55"/S1 75"/Pro 75".
Instructions:
If your Vibe Tap is not working on your device, you need to first reproduce the issue on your Vibe Tap with your device.
Then unplug Vibe Tap from your device.
Finally, plug Vibe Tap into your Vibe board and follow below instructions to send the feedback log from your Vibe board
Tap on the ^ caret on your Vibe board in the bottom right hand corner. Then select the "Help and Feedback" option.
In the pop-up menu, select "Send Feedback". Type the problem you are experiencing and make sure "Send system information and metrics" is checked and your email address is included. Submit it by hitting "send" in the button right of the dialog.
