How to Submit a Feedback Log on Your Vibe Board

If you're experiencing an issue or need to report a problem, you can easily send the support team a feedback log directly from the board.

Applies to: Vibe Board S1 55", S1 75", and Pro 75"
Note: If you're using the Original Vibe Board 55" this article.

Steps to Submit a Feedback Log:

  • Tap the “^” caret icon located in the bottom right corner of your Vibe board screen. Then select “Help & Feedback”.

  • In the pop-up menu, tap “Send feedback”.

  • Enter a brief description of the issue you’re experiencing and tap “Continue”.

  • Please provide your email address so we can follow up with you. If you're already logged into the board, this field will be filled in automatically.
    You can also attach a screenshot of the issue for better clarity.

That’s it! Your log will be sent to our support team for review and response as soon as possible.
