Open Browser from the apps page and enter the URL for the website you want to save.

Tap the three vertical dots in the top right corner of the screen. Tap the Cast, save and share menu option and tap "Install page as app...", or "Install 'app name' (PWA)"

Enter a short name for the shortcut and tap Install.

Return to the app list and your new shortcut will be visible.
