How to troubleshoot Vibe One web issues

This article applies to the Vibe Board S1 55"/S1 75"/Pro 75".

If you are using the Original Vibe Board 55″, please check this article.

💡 Note: Vibe One web may sometimes fail to discover your Vibe device. Here are some troubleshooting steps to try:

  • Refresh the device list

    • On the device list page, click the refresh button in the top right corner.

  • Disconnect and reconnect to the network from your board

    • Disconnecting from WiFi or unplugging and reconnecting the Ethernet cable from your board can help the web re-establish network connection.

  • Use the mobile app

    • Open the Vibe One mobile app, search and pair your Vibe device. This will sync the device info and help stabilize its appearance on the Vibe One web.
