This article applies to the Vibe board installed Windows system.

Download <a href="https://5698963.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hubfs/5698963/Customer%20Support/zadig-2.8.exe" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">zadig-2.8.exe</a> and follow the instructions below to install it.

Download <a href="https://5698963.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hubfs/5698963/Customer%20Support/InstallVibeWindowsDriver.zip" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">InstallVibeWindowsDriver.zip</a> and unzip it. Run InstallVibeWindowsDriver.cmd and follow the instructions below to install it.

After the drivers are installed, if there is an audio issue, you need to check Windows Update and install any available updates. 

If the annotation function still does not work after updating, you need to end all Vibe Windows Launcher processes until annotation starts working.

1. Open and log in to your Vibe board.
2. Download <a href="https://5698963.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hubfs/5698963/Customer%20Support/zadig-2.8.exe" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">zadig-2.8.exe</a> and follow the instructions below to install it.
 
 
 
3. Download <a href="https://5698963.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hubfs/5698963/Customer%20Support/InstallVibeWindowsDriver.zip" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">InstallVibeWindowsDriver.zip</a> and unzip it. Run InstallVibeWindowsDriver.cmd and follow the instructions below to install it.
