Instructions

Open your board and remain in the public session without signing in.

Navigate to your home screen and tap on Set up.

Choose Continue with a Google team account. You will then be redirected to a Google sign-in page.

Follow the instructions to sign in with your Google account. Afterward, you will be taken back to the Meeting Room: Google Meet configuration page.

Then the configurations will be completed.

When setting up a Google meeting, you will be able to locate your board in the Rooms list (the resource name will be your board name). Meetings created with this room will appear in the calendar on your board's home page.
