Sometimes, after annotating content, it can be challenging to quickly copy those annotations to the canvas for sharing with peers. This best practice can help you streamline your workflow.
Use Split Screen
Open the website in a Chromium browser and split your screen between the canvas and Chromium.
Annotate on the File
Annotate directly on the webpage, save your annotations locally, and then drag the annotation file onto the canvas.
Once on the canvas, your teammates can engage in discussions and take notes based on the annotations.
Share the canvas
Open the Canvas from the Canvas home screen. Tap "Share" at the top right corner to send the canvas to your teammates.
Navigate to "Get Canvas Code" to generate a code for sharing, enabling others to join your canvas. Customize the sharing options to "Anyone with the link or code," and adjust the access level to either "Can view" or "Can edit" as needed.
Now, you and your teammates can leave notes and annotations on the canvas. Utilize various tools such as pens, shapes, sticky notes, and objects to annotate the content effectively.
