In Canvas, you have access to a wide range of practical annotation tools, including various pen options, and you can easily import and export the content you wish to share.

Import the file

  1. Access your Canvas and locate the import option on the toolbar.

  2. Select the file you wish to import from either your local storage or cloud storage.

  3. Your file will then be displayed on your Canvas page.

Share and annotate on the canvas

  • Open the Canvas from the Canvas home screen. Tap "Share" at the top right corner to send the canvas to your teammates.

• Navigate to "Get Canvas Code" to generate a code for sharing, enabling others to join your canvas. Customize the sharing options to "Anyone with the link or code," and adjust the access level to either "Can view" or "Can edit" as needed.

  • Now, you and your teammates can leave notes and annotations on the canvas. Utilize various tools such as pens, shapes, sticky notes, and objects to annotate the content effectively.
