In canvas, you have access to a wide range of practical annotation tools, including various brush options, and you can seamlessly import and export the content you wish to share.

Import the file

  1. Begin by accessing your canvas and locating the import option on the toolbar.

  2. Select the file you wish to import from either your local storage or cloud storage.

  3. Subsequently, your file will be displayed on your canvas page.

Share and annotate on the canvas

  1. Open the canvas from the home screen. Tap "Share" at the right top to send the canvas to your teammate.

  2. Navigate to "Get Canvas Code" to generate and share the code with your teammate, enabling them to join your canvas. Customize the sharing option to "Anyone with the link or code", and adjust the access level between "Can view" and "Can edit" as needed.

  3. Now, you and your teammate can leave notes and annotations on the canvas page. There are a variety of tools such as brushes, shapes, sticky notes, and objects to annotate the content.
