Prerequisite:
Changing the channel must be performed within a public session, requiring you to sign out first. Otherwise, the option will appear greyed out.
Instructions:
Access "Settings" from your app list.
Go to "AboutVibeOS" -> "Additional details" -> "Channel".
Tap on "Change channel" and choose "Stable".
