Troubleshooting Steps
⛔ Hotspot is disabled by admin
To set up your network for casting, please contact your administrator to enable hotspot.
Contact your Vibe board admin to enable the hotspot from https://one.vibe.us/admin/
⛔ Pairing was unsuccessful ①
Hotspot cannot be connected. Try unplugging and replugging Tap. If issue persists, try resetting Vibe Tap.
Try unplugging and reconnecting the Tap device to your own device, and then attempt the casting again.
If the issue persists, connect the Tap device to the board and navigate to the Tap settings to reset it.
⛔ Pairing was unsuccessful ②
Hotspot cannot be connected. Try restarting hotspot. If issue persists, try rebooting Vibe board.
In the app list page, navigate to the control panel located in the right corner.
Disable the hotspot, then enable it again. Then retry casting.
If the issue persists, reboot the Vibe Board and try again.

Restart cast service to retry pairing. If issue persists, try rebooting Vibe board.
Reboot you own device, and tap the Tap button to retry the casting to your Vibe board again.
If the issue persists, reboot the Vibe Board and try again.
Remeber to plug the Tap into the board to send the feedback log.
Tap the Tap button to retry the casting to your Vibe board.
Reconnect the Tap to your own device and attempt to cast to your Vibe board again. Make sure to press the tap button to initiate the casting.
If this doesn't work, restart your own device and retry casting again.
