Where to Find Ask AI
[Full Seat] Full Page Mode
Ask AI assists you in retrieving information and managing tasks powered by the Vibe AI memory graph. The primary Ask AI module is located in the side bar of the Vibe AI Web interface.
Panel Mode
A contextual access method is provided via the "Ask AI" button on the lower right side of the screen. This button appears on the Meeting Summary/Transcript pages and the Vibe AI Web Home page.
How Ask AI Works
Input
Text Prompt: Typing the question or command directly into the input field.
Response
Copy: Copy the response text to the clipboard.
Like/Dislike: Provide feedback on the quality or relevance of the response.
Re-generate: Request the AI to generate an alternative response.
Actions
New chat: Initiate a completely new conversation session.
Share: Share the current conversation thread or specific response.
Delete: Deletion sends the chat history to Trash for 30 days before permanent removal.
Permissions and Personal Memory Access
Personal memory is compiled from two primary sources:
Meeting Participation: Data aggregated from meetings and recordings in which the member has participated. Mainly used to enhance Ask AI via the Vibe AI platform.
[Full Seat] Uploaded Files: Information derived from PDF or DOCX files uploaded by the member via the Vibe AI Web interface. Mainly used to enhance the real-time AI talking experience via Vibe Bot.
