When you’re not in a meeting, you can capture a room discussion either automatically or manually.
Auto detection
When the Bot detects sustained human speech nearby, it will display a prompt asking if you want to capture this conversation.
(Privacy note: The speech detection process does not upload any audio, and no audio is recorded before capture starts.)
When you tap Tap to Capture, the Bot starts capturing the conversation in the room and generates notes in real time. You can open Live Notes to view them during the capture.
When the capture ends, the recording and notes are automatically saved. You can access them anytime in Vibe AI. See Access AI notes after a meeting for more details.
Start capture manually
You can start capture by saying “Hey Vibe, start capture.”
You can also press the top control button to open the Quick Menu, then tap Capture to begin.
