Here are the steps to send system feedback when network is unavailable on your Vibe digital whiteboard:

  1. Tap the "feedback" option in the bottom-right as usual.

  2. Fill in the form, check "Include system logs" and tap "Submit". You'll see a message saying "Failed to send feedback. Please try again". Don't worry, the system log will be saved locally.

  3. Open the "Explorer" app from the app store. You'll find a "vibe_log.txt" file under Internal Memory.

  4. You can copy the file to your computer using a third-party app like a cloud drive.

  5. Alternatively, copy to an external USB drive. Long-press the "vibe_log.txt" file and tap "Copy".

  6. Insert the USB drive into your Vibe. Open Explorer and tap "Home" to see the USB storage.

  7. Tap your USB drive to open it.

  8. Tap "Editor" then "Paste" to paste the file to your USB drive.

  9. Finally, you can email the file to us for analysis.
