Please note: Some instructions in this article reference both earlier and updated versions of the operating system.
Connection flow:
Physical connection:
Plug the USB-C to HDMI adapter into the USB-C Video Out port (#2) on the Vibe Board.
Connect one end of an HDMI cable to the adapter and the other end to the Capture Card.
Plug the Capture Card (alternative card) into your computer’s USB port.
Open your capture software (e.g., OBS).
In the software, add the Video Capture Device as a source.
On the Vibe Board:
Open the Settings app.
From the left-hand menu, select:
Device → Displays (for older OS versions-Fig 1), or
Display and Power → Night Light and Scale (for newer OS versions-Fig 2).

Check the "Mirror built-in display" box.

The Vibe Board will now be displayed in the capture software
Troubleshooting: “No Signal” Message After Setup
If you see a “No Signal” message on your board after setup, follow these steps to ensure proper video signal output:
Uncheck “Mirror Display” in the display settings on the board.
Click on the display image to modify the settings:
Set the Resolution to 1920x1080p.
Set the Frame rate to 30 FPS.
Re-check “Mirror Display” if needed.
