Perform a powerwash and enter BIOS Page
Connect an external keyboard by using the USB-A to USB-C adaptor to Port 1 or 2 on your Vibe board.
Go to Settings from the home screen.
Expand Advanced and click Reset and others. Click Reset to trigger the powerwash.
Once the powerwash is complete, the board will automatically reboot. Before the system boots into the operating system, press the Esc key on the external keyboard repeatedly. This will take you to the BIOS settings page.
(If you miss the time window to enter the BIOS, you can manually reboot the board and try again.)
Use the keyboard arrow keys to navigate to the Advanced section and select Trusted Computing.
In the Trusted Computing sub-menu, select Pending Operation and press Enter.
Scroll down with the down arrow key until you see the TPM Clear option. Select [TPM Clear] by pressing Enter.
Select the Exit tab and then Save Changes and Exit. Press Enter to exit, then the TPM will be cleared.
Disable Platform Hierarchy
While the system is rebooting, hold the Esc key again to enter the BIOS settings.
Go to the Advanced section and select Trusted Computing.
[Disable] the Platform Hierarchy option.
Select the Exit tab and then Save Changes and Exit.
Now, try again to enroll your Vibe board. You should be able to do this successfully.
