Instructions:

Perform a powerwash and enter BIOS Page

  1. Connect an external keyboard by using the USB-A to USB-C adaptor to Port 1 or 2 on your Vibe board.

  2. Go to Settings from the home screen.

  3. Expand Advanced and click Reset and others. Click Reset to trigger the powerwash.

  4. Once the powerwash is complete, the board will automatically reboot. Before the system boots into the operating system, press the Esc key on the external keyboard repeatedly. This will take you to the BIOS settings page.

(If you miss the time window to enter the BIOS, you can manually reboot the board and try again.)

Clear TPM

  1. Use the keyboard arrow keys to navigate to the Setup Utility section and select Security.

  2. In the Security sub-menu, change Platform Hierarchy to <Enable>, and Clear TPM to [X].

  3. Press F10 on your keyboard to Save and Exit. Then the TPM will be cleared, and the board will reboot.

Disable Platform Hierarchy

  1. While the system is rebooting, hold the Esc key again to enter the BIOS settings.

  2. Go to the Setup Utility section and select Security. In the Security sub-menu, change Platform Hierarchy to <Disable>.

  3. Press F10 in your keyboard to Save and Exit. The board will reboot.

⚠️ Caution: If you see a blank screen after you have completed all the above steps, you will need to restart your board.

Now, try again to enroll your Vibe board. You should be able to do this successfully.
